Burrito Bengala

RECIPE PREPARATION    
 
  • 1 package large Ole burrito flour tortillas
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 4 pinches of cumin
  • 1 cup chopped onion

  • 4 tablespoons of curry powder
  • 2 cups of rice
  • 5 cups of chicken broth
  • ¼ cup apple vinegar
  • 4 tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons chopped garlic
  • 1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped peppermint
  • 1 pound pork pieces
  • 1 cup plain yogurt
  • 1 cucumber into pieces
  • ½ cup chopped bacon
  • ½ cup sliced mushrooms
  • 1 cup of beans
  • 1 cinnamon bar
  • salt to taste
 

Step 1 Make Rice:
In a frying pan, heat olive oil to olive, Put cumin until brown, Add the chopped onion and mix well, add butter and mix well, wait until onion golden.
